Travel back in time to the days of Streetsounds Electro, Lino and Ghetto Blasters.
If you remember the days when Mike Allen was The Boss, and when Chuck Chillout was
throwing down on the wheels of steel, then hopefully you might find a few things on this web site to interest you.
In the days of the early Streetsounds Electro albums, there was much debate telling us that home taping was killing music. Tapes have long since died and the music business is still thriving. Home taping did not kill the music business. I am quite sure that if CDs and MP3s had been around in the early 80's, the debate would have been very similar with a similar outcome. There are pieces on this website that are created to represent what the 'home tapers' would have made had the modern day alternative to taping been available to them. The pieces are designed to be as authentic as possible and I am sure you would not be disappointed. Although some pieces might be pictured in a frame, I despatch without frame (frames break easily in transit and would increase costs greatly). Pieces are sent out in custom designed holders so that the contents can be effectively protected.
Please have a good look around the site. Any comments or questions are welcome - feel free to email me.
PEACE OUT - Dave
